To place an order, simply start selecting your favourite products from our range. Once you have everything you want, you can select the shopping cart icon to visit the checkout page. Here, you can edit any of your selections, and you will be notified if any products you have selected are out of stock, and will possibly be offered a substitute. You can finalise your order here, and begin with the delivery procedure.
We always aim to delivery your shop within the designated time. Late deliveries are not particularly common, but if you have any questions regarding your order or the time frame of your delivery, you can contact our friendly team who will be able to answer any queries you might have.
If you are not at home when your delivery arrives, the driver will attempt to call you on the contact number provided to arrange a safe and secure delivery. If we cannot contact you and there is no one home, we will have to return to the store.
Can I change the date or time of my delivery?
Yes, you can - just visit the orders page and select change delivery.
What are ‘Hot Offers’? Hot Offers are a selection of products that temporarily have their prices reduced. The countdown next to the product will show how much time before the offer expires.
How can I edit the products in my shopping cart? On the top right of your screen, you will see a shopping cart icon. Click that to visit the checkout page, where you can amend your selections.
Can I have my shopping delivered to a different address? Yes you can, as long as the postcode for the delivery address is within our delivery area.
