Do I need an account to place an order?

Yes. You have to sign up for an account when you first visit our website and fill in your details. We ask you to do this early as some people may not be within our delivery radius.

What if I am not within the delivery radius?

If you are not within the delivery radius for any of our stores, you can still fill out your details, and we will keep you updated with any plans to expand our delivery areas.

I have COVID-19. Can you still deliver to me?

We will still deliver to you even if you currently have COVID-19. However, it is essential that you notify us in your delivery notes. Restrictions will be put in place to ensure a safe delivery.

How long will it take to recieve my order?

This all depends on the amount of products you have ordered, as well as your location in comparison to our store. However, we aim to deliver all orders within a few working days.

What happens if something I’ve ordered has to be substituted?

You will be notified of this on the checkout page. You will have an option to accept a substitution for an item.

How can I edit my order?

On the top right corner of your screen, you will see a shopping basket. Click this icon to see the products in your basket and to make any adjustments to your order.
